Ingredients

120ml Balsamic Vinegar
2 x tsp Dijon mustard
2 x gloves smoked  garlic ( minced with salt) 
1 x Tsp Smoked Himalayan Salt Seasoning
½ x tsp castor sugar
200 ml olive oil

Method
1. Whisk balsamic, mustard, garlic and sugar in a bowl.
2. Slowly whisk in the Olive oil.
3. Pour into a dressing bottle than can be shaken for best flavor results
