250g Softened unsalted butter |
Method |
1. Preheat oven to 180 to 210 degrees 2. Mix Butter, preferred garlic , salt and Parsley in a bowl. 3. Slice Bread 3cm thick but not all the way through. Butter both sides of the bread. 4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese onto the butted bread. 5. Place on a oven tray with oven baking paper, into the oven for 5-8 mins you can wrap in foil if you like your bread to stay softer. |
