250g Softened unsalted butter
4-6 gloves of crushed garlic or 8-10 gloves of roasted smoked garlic (mash before adding) (Refer to preparation)
3 x tsp of Smoked Himalayan Salt Seasoning ( Don’t add salt if you crushed your garlic with salt.)
¼ x cup grated parmesan
2 x Tbl sp freshly chopped parsley
1 x large bread stick or your preferred bread option for Garlic Bread

1. Preheat oven to 180 to 210 degrees
2. Mix Butter, preferred garlic , salt and Parsley in a bowl.
3. Slice Bread 3cm thick but not all the way through. Butter both sides of the bread.
4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese onto the butted bread.
5. Place on a oven tray with oven baking paper, into the oven for 5-8 mins you can wrap in foil if you like your bread to stay softer.
